Welcome to Sprinkles Magazine! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and subscriptions from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Magazine Subscriptions
Sprinkles Magazine
Sprinkles Magazine subscriptions renew monthly. You'll be charged automatically each month on the day of your initial purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel your magazine subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact our customer service team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged for subsequent months. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
2. One-Time Purchases
In addition to magazine subscriptions, we offer various products for one-time purchase. These items are sold individually and aren't part of any subscription service.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices for subscriptions and one-time purchases are listed on our website. We accept credit and debit cards from all major providers, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do NOT accept any "pay-later" or "pay-over-time" financing plans.
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you're authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees).
a. Failed Payments
If a monthly subscription payment fails, we'll try to retry the charge once per day for one week. If payment continues to fail after this retry period, your subscription will be suspended, and you'll be notified via email to update your payment method. Your subscription will remain suspended until a successful payment is made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Carriers
Magazines are sent via USPS. Other non-magazine products will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. We don't offer any alternative shipping options.
b. Shipping Region
Currently, we only ship within the United States of America. Therefore, you're not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
c. Processing and Shipping Times
- First Orders (Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases): Your initial subscription order and all one-time purchase orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Subsequent Subscription Orders: All subsequent magazine issues for active subscriptions are shipped out on the 15th of each month (or the next business day if the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday).
d. Tracking
Tracking information isn't provided for magazine subscriptions. However, tracking information will be provided for all non-magazine purchases.
Please Note: We're not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process, once they've been dispatched from our facility. We recommend that you provide a secure delivery address.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales, including both subscriptions and one-time purchases, are final. We don't accept returns.
a. Damaged or Defective Items
If a non-subscription item is damaged beyond repair or reasonable use, or if any product is defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt using the contact form on our website. You'll need to provide proof of damage (e.g., photographs) before a refund can be issued. No return of the damaged item is required. Refunds for damaged or defective items can be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, at your discretion.
6. User Accounts
a. Account Creation
You don't need to create an account to complete a purchase. However, an account will be automatically created for all users who purchase a subscription. Following a successful subscription purchase, an email with login instructions will be sent to you. Your account provides access to manage your subscription and view digital versions of each magazine issue.
b. Account Security
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential and secure. While our website doesn't enforce strong password requirements, we highly recommend creating a strong, unique password for your account.
c. Account Suspension/Termination
In the unlikely event that your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any active orders or subscriptions associated with your account will be canceled. Your account, including all associated personal data, will be deleted, and you'll be notified of these actions.
7. User-Generated Content
Users are encouraged to leave reviews for our products. Reviews may not contain offensive content, spam, or personal information about other users, affiliates, or employees of the business. All reviews are moderated to enforce these policies. We reserve the right to remove or moderate any reviews. Genuine negative reviews will not be subject to censure.
By submitting a review, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your review in marketing materials, on the website, or in any other way that benefits the company.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and magazine content, is the property of Sprinkles Magazine and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
9. Age Restriction
By using this website and making purchases, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sprinkles Magazine, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or the purchase of our products or subscriptions.

12. Marketing Emails
